LOCAL PICKUPS
Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before coming to the shop. Pickups are available during our hours of operation.
CANADA
Most orders ship via Canada post using their tracked options unless other wise selected by the customer. Once your order has been posted, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number included.
As of March 2026, we have reintroduced untracked letter mail as a shipping option. This option is only available for the purchase of cards, stickers, postcards, and embroidered patches in small quantities.
Lost, damaged, undelivered, or stolen orders shipped via standard lettermail (No Tracking) shipping will NOT be refunded, choose this option at your own risk.
Rejected deliveries will receive a refund for the product but not the shipping cost, and only once the item has been returned in good condition to our facility.
Packages lost or damanged in transit are the fault of the shipping company. We will do our best to resolve the issue, but we ask for your patience while we file any necessary claims.
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a safe delivery location. If your package is successfully delivered, but then stolen from your porch/location, Secret Planet can not be held responsible. Please only ship your order to a secure reliable location.
UNITED STATES
We currently do not ship to the the USA due to the difficult tariff terrain. We are actively trying to navigate these new obstacles. Thank you for your understanding.
EUROPEAN UNION
Unfortunately, due to the instatement of the new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) laws effective December 13th, 2024, we currently do not offer shipping to any location within the EU. As a small business, we cannot accommodate the cost of an Authorized Representative (AR) abroad. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
