Studio Session: Still Life Drawing!

This is a 2 hour "open studio" session at SP! There is no formal instruction in this Still Life Drawing session. We will provide a variety of paper, drawing materials, and fun objects to draw! You simply show up and draw your heart out! We encourage participants to try drawing in new mediums than they're used to. This session will be supervised by Jackie. There will be 2 shorter 20 minute staged "poses" and one longer 60 minute "pose", with a short break in between the poses for set-up. 

Open to ages 12+, but please note: anyone under 18 must have their legal guardian sign our safety waiver prior to club start. 

The materials included in your session fee include:
- Drawing materials (pencils, pens, markers, paint markers, pencil crayons)
- newsprint, printer paper (unlimited, but please don't be wasteful)

Participants may bring their own materials (sketchbooks, paper pads, etc) but we ask that if you bring paint, please bring WATER-BASED paint only. No exceptions. 

Attendees must bring/provide:

- Closed-toe shoes
- Sketchbook
- Face mask

Workshop Policies:

Payment is required to reserve your spot. 

Cancellation with 7 days notice : transfer to new date OR full refund OR store credit. 

Cancellation with 3 days notice :

transfer to new date OR 50% refund OR 50% store credit. 

Cancellation with less than 3 days: transfer to new date, no refund. 

Same day cancellation or no show : no transfers, no refund. 

Minimum sign up: 2 participants. In the event that we don't have enough people to run the workshop, you will be contacted with next steps. 

While we understand that life happens, spots are very limited so please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.

Spots are limited to 6 people, ages 12+, per session.  Face masks must be worn in the shop due to working in close proximity with others.
